If you're sticking to the 3.2 range and it's smooth to the water then transom wheels will be fine.
Motor tilted, transom wheels under the boat and everything at the back and it's manageable on flat good ground.
Get something longer/bigger and you quickly will loose the leverage of the engine hanging out of the back.

Based on what you're planning, I'd strongly advise you to go and either meet someone and have a go at lifting theirs or go to a dealer for a play around.
40-50kg of boat doesn't sound that bad until there's a stiff breeze blowing and you're trying to stand it up to get it on the car when you're sopping wet and frozen after an hours trip in against the wind.
I'm not trying to put you off but it's things like this that can quickly deter you from your next trip and then it becomes a very expensive garage corner filler.

This is the one that I have. It's OK on flat ground, but it is unstable across any incline and isn't good in shingle, soft sand or rocky ground. It's good from garage to truck. It may be OK with a light 10-15hp 2 stroke, but not a heavier 15hp 4st like mine.

I know most of the sibs at Stoke Gabriel will be smaller tenders. But I'm sure there has to be a couple of people with 3.5+ SIBs running out of there with 15hp+
Ask them how they manage launching at Stoke Gabriel.
