Picnic on the beach North Wales

Hello all, I'm thinking about a picnic on the beach with family over the bank holiday weekend. I would like to launch the zodiac with 30hp outboard for a bit of fun.
I would ideally like somewhere that I can back my vehicle upto or onto the sand.
Any recommendations?

Black rock sands or Rhosneigr are my goto places.
You will need to register your boat and pay daily or annual launch fees though.
Rhosneigr is better in my opinion although it can get very busy. Launching is easier though as you tend to get less surf.
Black rock is much more exposed and no real facilities nearby apart from the toilet block.

Yes, you will need proof of insurance, min £3m cover to be able to register the boat.
The wardens weren't there last week but they will be this week. You can register on the beach if they are there.
Gwyndd Council registration covers you for Anglesey too but not the annual launch permit if you go for that.
Best to pay daily unless you go a lot.
