Windsurfer what are you running the pump from.... car or portable battery? With the Bravo pumps they need a good voltage for the electronics to work properly and on an iffy battery or too long extension lead they will misbehave.

As above, a compressor pump wants more draw than most cig sockets happily give. Connect direct to the battery preferably with engine running.

Bravo 20 for blowing up the boat and a Red Paddle (needs c. 20 PSI). it has an internal battery which just about blows up the paddleboard. It includes battery leads and connection to cig lighter.
The charger unit has just failed - so I'm wondering if I can hook up my ctek unit

Please could someone recommend a decent electric and hand pump?

Are you setting the pressure correctly. I bet it is OK but you are setting the lower number and it is switching off correctly

Ill double check the set pressure tomorrow but sure it is correct , its stop way under and screen keeps flashing with different readings.

I have been plugging into the cig connection with the engine running and its a new battery in the motor so should be fine ill test with a different car also.

cheers for the replies

Ok so just check the pump, when set at 0.25 bar(for the sides) it stops around 0.22 and when set at 0.80 bar(floor) it stops at just over 0.70.

I’ve tried over setting to achieve the correct pressure but it won’t have it , very strange as it’s operating over 0.25 bar when doing the floor so can’t quite work that out.

Anyway it worked the first time so I’ll probably exchange as others are raving about this pump.

The hose end is opening the valve correctly to allow air isn't it?
