Here is the UK distributor for Hummingbird:

Johnson Outdoors Watercraft UK

Johnson House
Main Cross Road
Great Yarmouth
Norfolk, NR30 3NZ
England, UK
Tel: 44-1493-745192
Fax: 44-1493-745197
Businesses: Humminbird®, MinnKota®, Cannon® and Bottomline®

Alternatively: can you post a picture of the fitting - it may be a "standard" electronic connector (it strikes me that hummingbird are unlikely to invest in designing connectors) and someone may be able to identify it so you can but a replacement at maplin/RS etc

Humminbird uses (as I recall) proprietary molded connectors. Usually a rectangle of plastic that pushes through a rubber seal as you connect them. Despite being advertised as waterproof, they're not. Make sure you get a coating of electronics grease on the pins and sockets or you'll be looking for a new cable in about 2 months (at least I did, before I threw the unit in the trash.)
