Antenna Mount - Axopar 22T

Just taken delivery of an Axopar 22T Top and seeking advice please on VHF antenna location? Wiring through to the roof (routing as per anchor light wire) seems a possibility but not sure roof offers a suitable base for the antenna mount nor sure if route through frame is feasible….

Welcome to the forum albeit a RIB one.

It's interesting that Axopar offer an 'Exploration' package and 12" chart plotters but there is no mention of a VHF.

As you say above, attaching it to the light mast would probably be the most straightforward thing to do or just get yourself a decent handheld.

I’d have thought asking on an Axopar owners forum would be more fruitful. There’ll be more experience & familiarity with the marque.
