water leaking from lower end mounting bolt

Hi everyone I have an odd issue...I think I had the muffs on today and noticed I had water leaking out of the left bow side mounting bolt that fastens the lower unit to the upper unit. Has anyone had or heard of this issue? What would cause this? Is it a concern? I posted a video below.
thanks in advance

Possibly the seal between the impellor pump body and the tube carrying the water up to the power head has come adrift . Has the leg been removed recently ?
