Volvo Penta D6 compressor belt shredding (new)

Has anyone had this problem
My compressor belt is starting to shred along the length of one of the grooves after only 4 hours use, the grooves on the drive on the crankshaft pulley look ok no distortions evident also the driven groove on the compressor looks good , has anyone any suggestions as to what I should be looking for..
Thanks

We had one keep jumping off, the superharger belt? It was the tensioner.

Thanks Daniel

I have taken off the compressor tensioner ,going to see if the idler on it can be replaced or will I have to replace full tensioner as the belt seems to be tensioned when fitted.
