SS prop

Want to change from fitted 3 blade ali prop to SS. The usual conditions apply. I do a little pulling but main cruise among the islands here in the west of Scotland so looking for fuel consumption, handling & stability. What SS would you recommend and why?

I would say a Mercury Laser 2 stainless, pretty good all round 3 blade prop.
