Does anyone happen to know what these clips are called and where I might be able to find them?

I’m rebuilding a Suzuki outboard and I’m stumped at finding them!

You'll get them from a suzuki dealer but easy to make out of thin stainless plate & heatshrink tubing

Maybe use the Browns Point Marine Parts Catalogues to find your part number, then try typing that into ebay - here's what came up for the same part (they just call it a clamp) on my DT4:
