Help with my engine details

Hi can anybody confirm the year of manufacture of my mariner outboard

The outboard is a mariner 25 hp 2stroke serial number op137390 I believe it's one of the last 2strokes ?

Trying to get the correct service parts and also find the correct fuel oil mix, previous owner stated 1% oil ie 100: 1 there is a fairly original looking sticker on the motor stating 1% may be being paranoid but always been 50:1 on other 2strokes I've owned ,and have seen a user manual online stating 50: 1 ( may be an earlier manual )

Also spark plugs NGk b7 hs 10 listed in the manual but NGk bpz8h 10 in the motor at the moment

Any help would be tops thanks
