Help me find a replacement prop (Have original serial no.) for Mercury 40HP

Folks,
Trying to source a new prop for a friend. It's a Mercury 40HP, but i'm having some bother sourcing the propeller.

I have a part number 73136A40 which indicates its a 10-3/8 (diameter) x 13 pitch, 13 spline with a Flo Torque I hub. (Original serial number on prop is 73136A40P13)

So:
1) Can anyone tell me from the pics below what engine it is? I realise these pics are crap, I apologise... don't know why I didn't think of taking engine serial number
2) Anywhere in the UK I can get the prop for a decent price? I require it delivered to Repulic of Ireland though!
