Etec 50 trim slow?

Hi,

New engine a year old and when I see other boats with far larger engines they lift out/in to the water far quicker then our one. Just wondering is it normal for this engine to be slower. The hydraulics have never been damaged and have always been this speed but it just seems like it is much slower, just looking for assurance!
Thanks

IIRC Etecs up to 60hp i.e. the twin cylinder models, have a single ram tilt system, this is a constant speed from fully down to fully up. The larger models - 75hp & up, have a 3 ram "Fastrak Trim 'n Tilt" which is low speed in the trim range & high speed in the tilt. So stop worrying
