Best way to clean a heat exchanger tube

Mine is blocked up and could do with a real could clean, any ideas on what I can soak it in or use !!

The better question is what is it blocked with and what is it made out of? A hot ultrasonic cleaning might help break scale up. A spinning wire brush might be the ticket. Or as suggested above just high water pressure.

Last time I done it had to use Brick Acid !! cleaned and polished in one hit !!!
