Any BRP dealers on here?

I'm looking for some parts for my old Johnson Aux. Anyone on here want to PM me with a price for the following:

Engine: Johnson Seahorse 2HP
Model: J2RCNE (1982)

I need a new recoil spring (# 0326877) but whilst I am at it I thought I might give it a mini overhall and so want prices for the following:

Carbkit (# 0398532) and impellor kit (# 0763736) and the two knobs on the front (2x # 0398532) and spark plug (# 0593871).

Thanks,

Don't bother with those Knobs - if your replace them you will either accidentally move one or someone will fiddle with them thinking they are something else & it will never start or run properly.

They are the mixture controls - which may be useful to have on the front panel if you regularly take a dinghy from the sea to some Alpine lake 1.5 miles up a mountain, but the best thing you can do with them is set, lock & put a grommet over the hole to make it look pretty. My '72 vintage 25 has(had) them too. I used one hole for the deadman switch!

Unless of course you want to return it to "as built" condidion...

If no reply here, try Mitchells In Renfrew, they'll post that sort of thing out. DA in Dundee I think they are Yam dealers but I have gotten all sorts of bits from them.

R,

Thanks for that - I was swithering with tarting her up to "pretty" status not necessarily "factory condition".

No responses on here by PM so guessing there are no BRP dealers, or Etec business is good enough without dealing with the antiques from the back of your garage!
