Why do i keep getting a screen with a blue rib on it asking me to sign up, when I have already done so.

Sorry for the aggro, this shouldn’t be happening.

Have you tried like going out then back in again?

yep tried all manner of things.... I keep accepting and declining.. but still get the splash screen. this can happen several time in a 'log in'
