futura mk 2

hi i have a SIB 4.1 mt the center inflation [keel]tube is not stuck to the bottom of the boat, which we only noticed when taking out the inflatable floor,
should this tube be stuck to the bottom of the boat, as i cant find any info about this.
As was getting ready to use in the future hopefully.
one side of the transom, has detached, i have ordered the 2 part glue for the PVC and another glue for the ply transom which is for hypalon help please

It’s attached at the ends only. I would think you can see glue residue if yours is completely loose

Hi, I grew up with a Zodiac Futura mk2, such a fun SIB, my Dad still has it but he's going to sell it this year as he's to old for it now and uses my 14ft Orkney, less bouncy and more sedate. I'd love to keep it but I've also got a RIB so just wouldn't get the use out of it. The keel in ours as I remember it was only stuck down in a couple of spots, once its inflated with the floor in it cant move as the shape of the hull should keep it in the centre.
