Got an email this week while my manager is on holiday. This woman wants a partial refund over a month after her trip, when we already dealt with her (so we thought). For what really is a bunch of crap.

Just an example of what we all go through as businesses, you can't please em all.

But the good outweighs the bad, and attached is one of those examples.

Can't please everyone, but we do our best to do so anyways.
