Dorset Business Awards

We have been encouraged by our customers to enter the above.
We have gone into The People's Choice category and people can vote either through the Bournemouth Tourism website of by using a QR reader on the image below.

If any RibNet readers would like to do the same, it might help .....

Put a linky up and I'm sure you'll have the backing you deserve.

This is the link that is needed;

Tourism Awards 2012 - Bournemouth

Unless my browser is not displaying the content correctly there is no 'submit button' but hitting enter on your key board once you have selected it seems to work.

And it looks like your business is not named correctly, it says 'Poole Safari' rather than 'Poole Sea Safari'

best of luck

Voted, even after the wild goose chase yesterday looking for the elusive Dorset dolphins

There is a submit button and it works (using Safari not to be confused with 'Poole Sae Safari' )

The done (submit) button was hidden on my screen and I had to scroll the radiobox section to find it.

Thanks to all, each one will help against the big boys.

I have emailed to point out that it should be Poole Sea Safari, but quite like Poole SAE Safari

Worth voting for all the pictures you post on Facebook alone without all the help you've given the RNLI and rescue peeps and your customers of course

I know Steve has been busy in the last few weeks dodging hurricanes etc etc so I hope he doesn't mind me posting.

I was lucky enough to go to the final awards of this in the last week - dusted off the DJ to boot .

Poole Sea Safari made it to the final after a visit from the judges on what had to be the worst day possible ! wet and windy and not really the chance to show the boat or trip or business on the glory it deserves.

Anyhow....I was fully expecting him to win, speech (ish) all ready etc etc...

As I and his permanent skipper joke about - 'We just drive the boat ' so I feel honoured just to be there.

The announcment is made .....a hotel that has been well established for donkeys years wins...

but Poole Sea Safari is 'Highly Commended'

I feel a huge and well deserved achievement for Steve & family and full time crew - a new business, in a tough market from a standing start.

I'm sure anyone who has been out with him agrees !

A massive thank you to everyone who took the time to vote, we were up against some big boys, so did well to get as far as we did.
Pete did us proud on the night.
