London Marathon
Those who know me might be pleased to know I did this in 4hours 16 minutes and 10 seconds,I found it very tough,didnt drink enough in the heat but have no serious after effects,just a few aches.
I,m now glad to get my life back as training does tend to take over.
Did anyone else do it,how did you get on?
