Any kitchen fitters aboard?

Anyone fit kitchens that can give me a hint please, just moved into a new (to us ) house, there is a nice how dens kitchen with a tall larder cupboard (only real food storage) and it keeps dropping off the top runner, 2 wheels in a telescopic arm/guide, now easy solution is take the stuff out the cupboard, but then I have no room for any food, seems it's just as it gets to full extension the top runner wheels drop out of the guide I can't see a way to adjust to give a more sturdy guide?

Howdens kitchens are pretty good for the money. If the runners are ferked, try going to your nearest Howdens to see if they can replace like for like. If not, this lot are the Rolls Royce of kitchen fittings. Häfele UK Ltd: Suppliers of Furniture fittings and Architectural Ironmongery

There's usually a bent steel tab in the runner which prevents the wheels from running out too far. Check that it's not straightened itself somehow.

Bottom image shows it as should be but the white bits (wheels) seem to easily get past the stop (every time Mrs opens it!)
