Agree,I was "born again" about 5 years ago, currently honda cbr600 commuting and pleasure riding.
Also cycle sometimes which is still 2 wheels and traffic beating

started at 16 and been a kid ever since, bikes are so much fun, trouble is because of your lankyness you are restricted to which bikes you will find comfy,

my mate (oops who do i sound like now!!) is a similar build and he has a R1 which he finds comfy but i strongly suggest you work up to that style of bike or you will get yourself into all sorts of probs and will have a few moments! as no amount of cbt can prepare you for a pocket rocket.

Now that's a funny picture... At least it gave me a good laugh on a dreary Monday morning. I would have paid to see you going 'round the cone, O Lanky One.......

I only really posted the picture for your personal amusement. Tight figure-of-eights were interesting due to the knee-handlebar interface

Actually the little bike wasn't anything like as cramped as I thought it would be. I expected to hate the fckin thing, but we actually got along quite well. Don't think I'll be buying one though.

And no, I didn't knock the cones down. A big boy did it and ran away . . .

John

No, I've decided that bikes are horrible scary dangerous antisocial things and I'll not be having anything more to do with them.

Not really!

Got a DAS course booked after Christmas and I'll be sitting amongst the spotty oiks doing my theory test next week!

Seems alot of us have bikes -

I have been riding all my life (bikes that is) started with a Yamaha PW80 as child and progressed to a KX250 MotoCross and a CR500 Honda. Have sold those now and have an R6.

Now I feel old...... when someone says "started with a PW80 as a child" and riding all my life"... and you realise that when he was a child bombing round the fields on his PeeWee (early/mid eighties?)... you were probably trying to date his mom.... Shit... I'm off to take me Sanatogen, drink me cocoa and tuck up in bed with a nice book...
