Excellent day out on the water today. Mrs FZ and I were very well looked after by Andre on Grey Mist - thanks Andre It's always good to experience other boats and skippers, especially in conditions in which we might feel uncomfortable on our own in Grey Pearl. Was also good to catch up with Trevor and Mike.

FZ always a pleasure to welcome you both on board. Watershed sent me a short film he took of Grey Mist . Good footage at speed in the chop
I am now editing my GoPro so will post the best bits

Nice video Andre. It's amazing how the camera flattens the sea, because that was quite bumpy, as shown by Watershed, and indeed, Grey Mist's bow spray. Great fun though, apart from my knackered back from that bloody great hole you managed to find in our beloved 'Solent chop'.

Good job only one hole otherwise you would have been in much greater pain [emoji16][emoji16][emoji16][emoji16]. Hopefully you are now on the mend[emoji106]

Tell me about it Andre. We can't even get in to the marina to do a few small jobs on Grey Pearl. Still, at least we have the consolation of being down here at the coast while not working and enjoying this beautiful weather.
