Oban/ West Coast Spring Bank 2013

Having been fired up by the success of the lads (& lasses) trip to Oban, we've decided to re-visit our old stomping ground next Spring Bank. Unfortunately we can't make the ERR due to having to sick to school holidays. So, anyone fancy it?

Is anyone welcome?..............we've wanted to try a bit further up the west coast for some time (that's not a euphemism for something). We are considering Easdale but Mrs Desmond works in a school.

follow the boat in front
pass under the 2nd 3rd upright straight ahead for 100m head to north shore then you can go all way up to head of loch

If you trust your GPS, Draw straight lines between these:

56.4553, -5.39513
56.45578, -5.39108
56.45615, -5.38821

These coordinates were recorded using a Garmin GPS12 which has no WAAS capability, and therefore may have larger error margians than you may be used to. USE WITH DUE CAUTION!!!!!

Or, Keep to the Connel (Oban) side of the gap. (and if it's mid falling tide, mind the canoes!)
