Just bought my first set up, and it's almost exactly like this one. Excel 365 and a Mercury 20 4 stroke.

I'm wondering if the engine is too big though. Very heavy to lift on and off and I get the feeling from posts on here that a 10 would do the job.

Just wondering what you guys thought?
