Gearbox - unsplit casing with fresh prop shaft seals and retaining nut. £395

Solid nylon mount set - prevent lower mount casings from splitting £45

Hydrotec spec exhaust expansion pipe £60

Also plenty of:
Engine blocks
Piston sets
Conrods
90hp high comp heads
Carbs etc.

No crankshafts as they were all goosed apart from one which I used!

Hi, I have a 85hp 85aet serial number 412365 with split gearbox casing. The engine dates from 1990. Do you have a gearbox or lower housing that would fit? I'm also missing the plastic flywheel shroud. Thanks

Yes I do have a good condition 85 hp gearbox, recently removed the retaining nut and carrier and fitted new prop shaft seals, carrier o ring and a new nut. They crack due to corrosion between the threads of the casing and nut and the carrier expanding so I always do the above on any Yam I own.

The 85 never came with a flywheel cover it always had an exposed flywheel - the only protection you get is the metal cap enclosing the starter gear. I have a 90hp one if you do want one along with the mounting brackets.

Would love a new gearbox housing - maybe next year though as funds are a bit stretched at the moment
