Icom M411
I got told off for listing these previously but now I'm a trade member I think I'm allowed.
The IC-M411 was the last Icom with "dial" or analogue squelch and volume controls. In truth the new "soft key" volume / squelch M323 and M423 are probably better suited to RIB use (see my next post).
All this said, the M411 is a cracking radio and is still quite sought after. Unbeatable end of season clearance prices & can UPS next day for a tenner.
