Looks like you are in Wales? You will probably be the first person in Wales to buy a boat for its sun shade! Is your other half going to actually use a chemical toilet in such a tiny space. Over the last dozen years on here I can recall a good handful of people who fitted chemical loos in a cuddy, but very few routinely used them: Nobody likes a chemical toilet; as you realise a cuddy is only for use at a sheltered anchorage/mooring; some poor bugger has to empty the toilet.
In terms of overall comfort from a day on the water in the UK the hull and seat layout may be more important. I can see the appeal of the Zar if your idea of a nice day out is to buzz round to a nearby bay, play with some water toys, anchor up and sun bathe, and maybe rustle up lunch on a bbq... that might be the ideal we sell to our other halves but how often is that the reality?
