I meant to say - you're gonna need a decent dry suit too, it gets well cold up there...

I took delivery of the red & black suit on Saturday. Must say it is a well thought of dry suit. Easy to don and fasten up without the assistance of a second person. The high collar is detachable and the front warm pockets are great.

I also tried it on with my thick Typhoon under suit and good arm movements with any restrictions. I will have to wait till mid January before I take it out on the water.

yes that is the one I have as well as the lightweight undersuit. I have had the 100g thinsulate for a few years now and is perfect for this time of the year. You will not regret the purchase if you enjoy winter ribbing.

Fantastic suits have had one for 5 years and done a lot of hours, mine is the back zip model just can't wear it out so I can buy the new front entry.I would not go on a long trip without it.Neoprene far better than latex for cuffs and neck seals

it is a very comfortable suit. We have been ribbing in Shetland until the end of october, making long days on the Sea in all kinds of weather up to bft 8. Very good collar and hood. Highly recommended.
