Well my 5.75 never did it with a 100 on the back!
But now I have a 150 on it if you trim it right out then it will get a bit wobbly!

whats a ballistic? And i would be interested as well to see if any 5.85 owners have had this problem too

it could be because the engine is mounted too high on the transom. if this is so, trim will not really help the case. i experimented this with a similar rig. you'll be surprised how much a cm does to the handling at high speeds!
