Thought I would update.....
Should be done tomorrow.
For reference there is west systems six10 structural epoxy under the base following a coat of west system 105 as primer on deck and pod (remember not to put epoxy where you will be using poly resin or flowcoat). Once cured it was followed up with 4 layers of 900g chopped strand tabbed in.

can't you use the 2 together once the epoxy is fully cured

just to close this off properly.
first outing yesterday and all is good, love being able to adjust the air pressure in seconds and i have a lot more room, no more bruised knees on the console
if anyone in Glasgow is looking for a good lamintor that doesn't rip your eyes out then let me know, takes real pride in his work which is good to see too....thanks Trev and Breezeblock/LT for help.
BTW Breeze- leccy winch is the mutts
