Refit advice Portland or South Coast

I am looking to refit my XS 700 this Spring.

I need to rework the seating layout and add some extra storage, maybe by adding a raised anchor locker.

Does anyone have any good experience of anyone in the Portland or Poole area that could do this sort of work? If not that area South Coast in general would do.
