I looked at that too but thought about a 60 mph open boat and an autopilot... It scared me so I cancelled it...

Bet its a pretty weird feeling..

I would not use it either at anything over 36 knots, not because I would not trust it just the fact I would prefer a more hands on approach. It is however packed with safety features ie over I think 12 knots it turns 5deg every 10 secs or thereabouts until it puts you on the bearing you request/course on your plotter, so thereby not throwing your passengers out of the boat. Also I would not really use it unattended, certainly not in the Solent. Have been asked to trial it and give my opinions, quite handy for coming down the channel from Port Solent at 10 knots

Rib International March issue

Richard,

Have you seen the current issue. Good write up by Simon and only about the rib's performance . Good shots with only you on board.
Why didn't you send Simon the photo with the "bikini clad girls " on board

Nice one Richard!

Personally I think a photo of a 'bikini-clad Andre' on board would be a sell-out

Can't think of anybody wanting such a picture. Anyway I look best in my drysuit not in a "bikini clad birthday suit"
