crazy suggestion but if you pick up the phone to the number in Paul Cannell's message then you can probably speak to someone who can give you the right email address

Ah yes, the Ribnet Information Genie can be fickle at times. No shortage of answers, just not necessarily to the question you ask!

Have you tried writing to them for their email address?

Appologies if I have caused offence - it didn't cross my mind that you may be hard of hearing, but it did cross my mind that you didn't want to talk to them for some reason. I assume if you are hard of hearing that you'll have come across services like type2talk which although presumably a bit of a pain to use can be no less troublesome than hoping someone on the internet might happen to have the information you are looking for.

Unfortunately it seems that in the last 5 years everyone has become very reliant on the internet/email as a communication method and we seem to have fogotten that we can just call up and speak to a human being - in so doing we'll stand a good chance of getting a fast/direct answer. Of course email has a whole range of advantages not just for those who can't use the phone but also for those who would prefer not to! The downside is that even organisations that do publish email addresses often don't have good records for responding to enquiries (especially from unknown contacts).

"a fool may ask a question that a wise man cannot answer"

This also summarises why some email enquiries tend not to be responded to in a manner that satisfies the party enquiring. Very often I am asked by my staff to "deal with" the emails that ask 20 questions and would need a reply in the order of "War & Peace" to really satisfy. A five minute phonecall would do the same thing. I saw a website recently that gave the email address but carefully mentioned that complex enquiries could best be handled by a short call instead, Humber Quinquari possibly? If every email that took 30 seconds to write took 30 minutes to answer, our product would get VERY expensive!
