That's a very impressively low drag boat for that weight and you must have been over-revving/with tide/downwind as it exceeds the props maximum speed @ the 6400 rpm max for the Verado, 65.83 is theoretical max.

6300 rpm. gear 1,85/1 prop 25' speed 67 kn give a slip of 4%-5%
