problem with that is i dont have enough storage and ability to keep all the beer cold!!!

plus i need some good food, not cooked on a camp stove!!!

if you want to lend us your boat that would be fine!

fountain inn appears to be full!

Hi Howard,
The Duke of York is reasonable.
Within walking distance of the marinas.
We have stayed there a couple of times.
Basic and Olde Worlde (a bit like me!)

Thanks Robin, hope you are well?

Change of plan now as we cant get an overnight berth in west cowes on friday night!! (doesnt look good seeings as its only May!)

So heading down to Yarmouth for the night now. Havent been there for a few years now, in fact last time was the first time Mrs Zippy was ever on a Rib! for the expense that has followed i can blame a certian Mr Jackeen!!

Duke of York,

Get hammered, then stagger upstairs to bed.

Job done.

Called Cowes yacht haven and they couldn't accommodate us, called Shephards wharf and they dont take bookings so too much of a risk by the time i have finished here, got down to the boat, put some fuel in it and made our way over.

In the end we changed out plans and will head down to Yarmouth tomorrow evening, (leaving hamble around 4.30 / 5 ish)

Have a walk ashore berth booked and a B&B in Yarmouth. if you fancy meeting up i will buy you (Rodan) the first beer!( as long as its followed by another one! )

half thinking about a blast around the island saturday morning before collecting the nephew for his first ribbing experience!
