Pepper (and anyone else interested) please phone Jim at 01902 372975 - immediately- and arrange through him. Sir Charles Blois has a massive 10m RIB which can take another 20 people I reckon

Charles,

I'm looking at my appointments and need to temper my initial excitement, at least until I've rescheduled a key meeting. Would it be OK if I get confirmation before commiting to this cruise?

IF, IF, IF,.........I get Cyanide back from Lymington in time, I could offer you a place on my boat (leaving from Torquay).
This offer is TOTALLY dependent on getting my boat back in time though.
Brian
PS Why no e-mail address?

How is it progressing with Cyanide, Brian? Who will you join if she is not ready?

Brian,

Thanks for your offer - I'd very much like to take you up on that if your plans come to fruition.

I've got the meetings re-arranged and the work covered, so I'll send some emails off when I get home tonight.

Have also activated email button here!

Cheere,
P.

Cyanide needs to go in for a major service and Scorpion are heaps busy right now.
On top of that I need at least one person to go with me to Lymington and I dont know too many people locally prepared to take a day off work for my benefit. Hence I have to wait for that triangle; space at Lymington, crew availability and not too bad a weather forecast.
If I dont get Cyanide back in time I will throw myself at the mercy of Mike Garside or Andy Mickelwrights, both of whom plan to leave from Brixham (ie here).
I am so keen on this cruise that I might even SWIM across!!

Brian,

You could always go directly from Lymington if time was a problem? If you returned to Torquay that would probably set a new record for taking the scenic route between two places!

BTW, Chris Strickland tells me he did Lymington to Exmouth in two and a quarter hours at the weekend! (& he's still running his engines in!!)

All those partaking in this cruise, a picture or two of Saturday night's stopover, Carteret, taken this morning Sunday 14 July.
