Last few;
  1. Better pic of Vixen
  2. Barges leaving West India lock
  3. Bridge lifted at West India
  4. Barge exitting lock to thames
  5. Us again
Apparently the coverage from the Beeb has not been widely acclaimed the coverage of our section Recreational Motor Boats was supposedly dire, not seen it yet so dont know.

Still an excellent day, back to more mundane activities.

Great album. a couple stand out, one is a ferry moored to a jetty by the flats and leaning to port heavily (overloaded??)
Also Tim M image taking off I guess on return run is great. Tim stop showing off!
Great work by all of you you went down for a long wet tiring day.

The ferrys were all looking a bit iffy, for some reason the quality on mobile me is terrible so I've put them up on flickr instead -

When I untied that boat from your towing eye at the lock my hands touched the water and it was very warm, I thought at the time that the engine was pumping out warm water. When we got back to Putney I put my hand in the water again to grab a rope and again the water felt about the same, really warm, almost like bath water. It was then I realised that I was very cold.
