Trailerable Cover Ideas

Hello, I am looking for a quality "Trailerable" cover for highway travel. I have not seen anything suitable to this point.

Need it to be weather/waterproof as it will also be used for summer storage. Also the ability cover the outboard would be nice as well.

I am in Canada but am not able to find one local or online that looks as though it will fit the bill.

I bought a generic runabout boat cover from Crappy Tire when they were on sale. (probably soon, 'tis the season)
Large enough to cover the whole boat. Cinch it down around the tubes with the nylon straps provided. Trailered hundreds of miles with no problem.
