Mariner Marathon 25hp - adjust idle speed

Hi, I have a 2005 Mariner Marathon 25HP 2 stroke (which I think is more or less a re-badged Tohatsu).

It is quite a new engine to me and seems to run fast at idle. I have searched for a service manual but cannot find the exact one anywhere.

My question is, please can anyone let me know which is the correct screw to turn to adjust the idle speed down on the carb. I attach a photo and am pretty sure it will either be the one circled 1 or 2 ? (or if completely different pls let me know)

Many thanks
Jonathan

1 is low speed mixture adjustment
2 is tickover speed adjustment.
