I'm running a WIN7 PC with Chrome on a very basic 1.7MB domestic supply, miles from town. RIBnet is super fast. Same at work on the real broadband, various PCs - I like to stay in touch

I've sent a traceroute report using the contact administrator function, so we'll wait and see what happens.

Kingston
London
New York
Dallas
Then a load of stuff I don't understand.

It is so frustrating when all my other browsing is business as usual.

Glad it's not just me.

Basically I read Johns instructions again.

Start
Run
Then Type 'Command' into the Run Box.
That opens a new window where you can type Tracert etc.
That new window stays open rather than closing a the end.

I assume like me you are missing out the command and typing tracert etc into the Run box.
