Reference

Chris has done some work for us (all be it not skippering) and I would happily provide references to his good work ethics etc.

His post slightly undersells himself as he is a Lifeboat Senior Cox and has thousands and thousands of hours at the helm in all conditions. He did his YM Shorebased with us and on all accounts breezed it.

Cox, that'd be on an ALB?

Thought it couldn't be an RNLI one as the senior helmsman position doesn't exist.

That's part of teh fun of being independant - the kit is sourced and supplied to the needs of the work carried out locally and not as part of a large service contract that supples the same to all.

Have a look at the web site and you'll see a range of toys - all in the name of safety and rescue that you're unlikely to see together else where

GAFIRS are always happy to recieve visitors and show people about - if you drop Chris a PM I suspect he may be able to sort out some thing for you

It's a fun beast to throw about - although I personally prefer the smaller boats - not enough regular time on the jet to get profecent with it
