Didn't think it was too bad last night - nevertheless my rib managed to launch itself from hard standing storage down the slipway, trailer and all into the marina and then proceeded to birth itself wedged between two other boats on the pontoons!
No damage done thankfully but can hardly believe what happened.

These boats weren't so lucky, that I passed wedged up against the harbour wall on Sandbanks!

That is very lucky , was the trailer strapped to the boat ? ( and floating under it ) Or did it need some assistance out of the marina ?

It was only attached to the trailer by the winch strap so I guess it dropped down to the marina bottom and kind of acted like an anchor. This morning I got a voicemail from the boatyard asking to call then when I had a moment. I was actually already on my way down to check on the boat anyway and when I got there they had already recovered it for me and it was back on the hard standing, so don't really know how difficult it was to recover.

It was windy enough judging by all the trees & tree debris on the roads this morning.
