How is it looking for this?

My RIB is still with Dan Lewis, 5 weeks on! But really really hoping it is in the water for the 18th!

Cant make the Sunday sadly, but looking forward to the Saturday.

Morning

The team is coming together, a few are making a weekend of it and staying in town to enable them to play both days.

Th elong range forecast looks positive so as long as nothing come sin wet and wild we'll be fine.

Fingers crossed they solve it this week and next weekend will be ace

Since we are driving down from Cambridge we are making a long weekend of it - we'll be down Thursday night so if anyone has plans for some ribbing on Friday please let me know. The wife wants to do some house hunting but I know where I'd rather be...

Hello team
I’m out all three days(Friday to Sunday) so I may bump into you. Might manage to join you on Sunday

I live in Saltash and launch at Jubilee Green close to the Tamar Bridge. PM me if you need any local questions answering.

Cothele is open but they will freak if a bunch of hair arsed ribbers turn up and want a Darjeeling. Best give them a call. Pubs up Calstock got lots of outside social distanced drinking room. Have a good one

Hello Team,
I have a request for some assistance if possible - we are staying in a SC place in Elburton and while the host assured me that the boat would fit in the drive it is rather too large. Added to this the house is in a very narrow one way street that has quite a slope, so getting the boat out is going to be very challenging... Do any of you guys know of a boatyard that would have a secure spot for the boat for this weekend? I really don't mind paying a few bob for the privilege if it will make my life easier.
Cheers
Rory

Hi Rory. Try giving Yacht Haven a call. 01752 481190. They are down the road from Elburton.
Richard

Most of us will be in the yacht haven over night, saves dragging the boat about.

I know at least one person who has booked QAB as it's closeer to the bed he's booked, there are 3 or 4 locations in plymouth I'd be happy to use so well worth looking at where you're staying on a map and see the nearest.

Talk about last minute! Got a call this morning from Dan Lewis to say the boat is back in the water, its been seven long weeks so not sure if I will remember how to drive it!

All being well see you all tomorrow. Have I missed a VHF Ch and meeting location, or is that yet to be decided?

Forecast is WSW 12Kn 21ºC, cloudy but dry....

Well reminded 36valley, thank you.

That leaves me plenty of tinkering time in the morning. See you all tomorrow afternoon!

I am in Royal William Yard, so we would have to take care not to collide

Will be in a faded blue tubed 6m RIB, no A frame. Not sure yet how many of my bubble will be on board. See you at 1400. Will listen on VHF77 "Sword".

Have a good day tomorrow. Im out earlier.
I recommend someone let’s Flag (QHM covering the river) with an indication of timings and numbers.
01752 836953

They are usually helpful. And it will help you to say you have spoken with them when you get stopped by MOD police.

Were in a Grey tubed 4m SIB Rivvett ... see you at 1400, were at other entrance to Mayflower so hopefully can avoid an early collision.

All,
We will launch at Mt Batten and will aim to be on the water latest 14:00 - we thought that we would wonder around the marinas in the area and then get out to the fort by 14:30 - please look out for us tourists...we're a light grey 5.2m Infanta RIB; "Bianca" - will monitor ch77
