Tarbert 3 October 2006
Was this a RIBNET member. Seen south of Tarbert on Tuesday 3 October 2006. Boat was later seen tied up in Tarbert Harbour. Never managed to get to speak to the owners as I was on a very slow yacht. (Wishing I was on a very fast RIB).
