By my reckoning you have 21 days before your rib arrives, If it doesn’t arrive will you promise to confess all or change your name to something more appropriate such as Codbollox or fullofcrapprawn I’m counting Des
I am ONLY all of the above when people make snide remarks in my direction!!!! Or even worse accuse me quite openly of being a liar - enough to rankle anyone???

Some of the problems have been with the builders - some have been at my end - asx long as they build the boat to the standard I expect then they will not have a problem - if they don't they can look out!!!

Nothing snide about my comments, they are direct or even rude, but nothing snide and if you don’t like them the solution is easy, show me proof that you have ‘bought a rib’ and I will say sorry and shut up. Des

you guys could you take your problems to your pm And let the people have a look at our boat ? No one will find the pictures now

Let's try again.

I would like to introduce our refited Osprey XR24 with a new engine on her back.
We have made the console by ourselves and it took a absurd amount of time but it fits like a glove on this boat.
It's the only XR24 of what I know that hasnt got the bobslee-console.
Replaced the bilgepumps, steering, instruments, seats, alu box for the seats, all hatches etc.
I will make a nice window next month and wil fit some new SS handrails around the window.
It took one month of spare-time to repair all the grp work and thats like new now.
We have placed the engine by ourselves and she running now for the second week. The boat goes like hell.
I will probable also make an new Aframe from alu because of the weight and because I don't like this model. I would like to make something different from the rest.

I have just finished this weekend fitting the VHF, Fishfinder and Nav lights. Just need to save up a bit for the Chartplotter .

From a dealer in Holland. Brands like Recaro, Cobra and OMP will be for sale in the UK.

The new Garmin 172C. Slightly smaller than the 182C I had on Morpheus but then I don't have as much console space

Garmin kit is great and I like the Bluechart software - if I was buying a conventional boat with a wheelhouse I would just use the bluecharts on my laptop coupled up to my trusty old GPS12. As a RIB is not exactly laptop friendly and I want a good sized screen I have gone for the Raymarine - hope it's worth it!!!

Cleat on 'A' frame. Usually welded on @ manufacture, or cleat on the transom perhaps? How 'bout cleats bolted THROUGH the transom each side of the motor (inside) with fairleads (ropeguides) screwed to transom top?
