Hurricane 749 Rebuild

I have been restoring a 1999 Zodiac Hurricane 749. Aluminum hull with inboard volvo penta diesel and duoprop outdrive. Was a coast guard boat, now a fun family boat with an atlantic towers T-top, GPS, Radar, satellite radio, ipod dock, wake tower speakers.

Put the cleaned up tube on the repainted hull today, hope to be in the water this week.

Have lots of photos of the restoration.

Very nice, serious bit of kit. Did the bow (where tube meets hull) ever have a stainless steel strengthening strap in case you stuff it?

No stainless straps in the bow. There was a large rubber cover that I removed and won't be putting back on it.
