A couple of piccy's from the weekend

Left Jersey in glorious sunshine only to hit thick fog after 10 miles. Then it cleared up after a couple of hours and we had the best sea conditions I've experienced for a long time. Did two legs totalling something like 83miles at 40 knots

1 - approaching Dielette harbour
2 - tied up alongside the family boat in Alderney
3 - leaving Alderney at 40 kts

Plus we had a fantastic display of Dolphins just off Jersey ont eh way out, pity the camera wasn't to hand.

There was also heavy fog just out of plymouth but the sound was clear and so was Looe , must have been the higher cliffs and headland collecting it

It was better riding my bike down the coast than boating in it

Is that a Channel Islands 22? Lovely boat!!!

Lookint at it though it's a bit bigger than that - a Mitchell 31 or a Seaward?

Was she in Fowey last year? The boat and name look familiar.
