I don't think mine has any BRP/Evinrude decals on the card and looks exactly like the one in the picture so perhaps that's not a genuing one either:]

It's a systemcheck Commander Tachometer for Evinrude and Johnson DI series of engines. It might work on ETEC's but I'm not sure.
