all good ideas, that Y-class stuff looks the business, very thick.
There's a sheet of closed cell high density foam on ebay just now, looks a bit like what Lukes got...

Floor padding

I'm looking to get some padding for the floor of my thundercat, thinking around 40-50mm thick. Gets used in the surf and rough weather so need a lot of protection, just wondering what folk use on...
