Off we go again! After a seasons use some additional stuff needs doing so decided to get the engine off to sort out a binding tilt tube and at the same time get the hull up to Osprey for a clean up...

Hi Butters, You only have to do a few searches on here to realise that Osprey are a highly respected brand and particularly the Vipermax. I'm now on my third having started with a plain Viper 5.25...

Finished Article !

Apart from a couple of minor jobs to be done over the next few days the refurb is complete.

It's been emotional.

However the final result is as good as I hoped it would be if not better.:)

The Aframe did not put up much of a fight, It has been self tappered to the deck and then bolted to the transom box. The self tappers are a complete waste of time, no idea why anyone would use them...

Disconnected all the cables, pipes etc from the engine so we can replace the cables with Teleflex Extremes and run new fuel line. The battery cables seem to be good...
